Living in our world comes with its share of challenges and tribulations- but it also offers beauty, growth, and fulfillment. The key is finding balance. I believe we all have the power to rewire our thought processes and habits to transform ourselves, our relationships, and our circumstances into the lives we envision. That transformation isn’t always easy, and sometimes it’s hard to step outside of yourself to heal and grow in the ways you truly want. I specialize in working with kids, teens, and adults experiencing neurodivergence, substance use/misuse, domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. In our work together, we’ll use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and strengths-based techniques to support your healing and help you move toward the life you deserve.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that is rooted in connection and empowerment- a space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged to take meaningful steps toward change. I bring a down-to-earth, conversational style to therapy- infusing humor, compassion, and authenticity into each session. Growth doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating; sometimes the most powerful healing comes through genuine human connection and even a little laughter.

Fun facts about Sydney: she has a yellow lab named Bella who is her best friend and loyal sidekick. She is an avid Star Wars and Jurassic Park fan, and when she’s not working, you’ll often find her unwinding with video games.
