The ups and downs of life can often leave one feeling tired, stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. As you juggle the responsibilities of marriage, parenthood, family, and work, it can often feel like you’re just going through the motions. You know there is more to life than “the routine” however you feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. As a wife, mother of three, and school social worker I understand how demanding life can be. I believe that with the right support, you can reclaim your sense of balance, joy, and fulfillment. If you are ready to heal and grow, I am here to help.
Using the best of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered therapy, I will support you in finding the balance and peace you deserve. Together, we can identify unhelpful thought patterns, reduce guilt, and create practical routines that support emotional and mental well-being. You were created for a purpose and meant to thrive. I’m here to support you on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Fun facts about Katrina: she has completed two triathlons (she signed up for the first one not knowing how to swim but conquered her fear of the water in time for race day!), she enjoys reading, watching movies, long walks, and loves being in nature.
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive, and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.”
– Maya Angelou
