Life can feel like a nonstop balancing act—work deadlines, family needs, school pressures, relationship ups and downs—and somewhere in the middle, there’s you. Maybe your own well-being keeps getting pushed aside, and it’s starting to wear you down. You might be dealing with anxiety, stress, or that heavy feeling of being stuck in the same place. As a former school counselor, teacher, and mom, I get how complicated life can be for kids, teens, adults, and couples alike. Whether it’s a child struggling with school and friendships, a teen finding their identity, or an adult facing relationship challenges or major life shifts, I’m here to help you make sense of it all.

I specialize in working with children (ages 6+), tends and adults who are facing anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues or simply feeling stuck. I also support couples and marriages in the early stages of struggle, who may have recently separated or divorced, or are navigating grief, infidelity, identify shifts, and/or co-parenting stress. Using evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, and EMDR, together we’ll build your strengths, develop practical skills, and open the door to healing and growth—on your terms. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start living with more clarity and peace, let’s connect and take that first step.
