I believe that each of us have something we can learn from each other, even in the smallest everyday interactions. As the world evolves, compassion, authenticity, and well-being become more sought after than ever. Embodying these begins with self-reflection and care, as well as fostering relationships and experiences that elevate us. Fun Facts about Lauren: I love to make art, specifically with charcoals and chalk or oil pastels- for me, the messier the better! I’ve spent a lot of time traveling, which has shaped a lot of the hobbies and past-times I have today. I love to cook and explore different cuisines and flavors, and I’ll try anything once. I also like to study Latin languages, and I’m a big fan of books and movies. I don’t really gravitate towards one specific genre- some days it’s a cheesy rom-com or a heartbreaking tear-jerker, other days it’s magical fantasies or a thrilling scare.
