Bailey Hagedorn, MSW, LCSWA
Licensed Therapist
Life is wonderfully complex, filled with experiences, challenges, and mysteries that even science has yet to fully explain. I believe every person carries unique strengths, abilities, and personal complexities that shape who they are. At times, these very complexities can make it difficult to feel safe, secure, or at peace — impacting happiness, relationships, and overall well-being.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address emotional and behavioral concerns, process relationship and family concerns, navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and manage school or workplace challenges. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Drawing from components of CBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based and solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients uncover their strengths, goals, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change to find the most confident versions of themselves.
