Motherhood is one of the most unique experiences, and we are all about supporting each other through it all. Have you been struggling with any of the following?
- Parenting neurodivergent children (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.)
- Challenges in parenting teenagers
- Managing stress & overwhelm
- Mom guilt & self-care
- Work-life balance
- Relationships & communication
If so, this group is for you! We will provide support, psychoeducation, and space to process this adventure called motherhood!

When: Weekly on Thursday’s from 10:30-11:30 am
Begins: Thursday, May 15th
Cost: $60 per week; HSA/FSA accepted
