Hunter Barrett, MA, LCMHCA, NCC
Licensed Therapist
I believe every person is inherently worthy of empathy, compassion, and support. My mission is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as your most authentic self. I will provide a space where your voice is heard, your story is honored, and your healing is supported with care and intention. I believe each person holds the inherent tools for healing and growth. My role is to support and guide you into reconnecting with those inner resources!
I have the honor of working with pre-teens, teens, and adults as they navigate the many challenges life brings. I specialize in women’s issues, trauma and complex PTSD, relationship concerns, anxiety, and self-esteem. My approach is grounded in authentic connection and deep presence. I draw from a blend of therapeutic modalities—with a strong emphasis on somatic work and nervous system attunement—to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. Healing happens not just through talking, but through feeling safe, seen, and supported in mind, body, and spirit.
Choosing to face your pain, patterns, or past is brave. You don’t have to do it alone. My role is to walk beside you—compassionately, curiously, and without judgment—as you reconnect with your story, explore your parts, and move toward a more integrated and fulfilled version of yourself.
